How to Make an Outrageously Nutritious Protein Shake
Forward Forty Videos | Judette Coward-Puglisi
I love making protein shakes.
I know it’s a great way to build lean muscle, but I grew to love them once I crossed into my forties because they are superb for staving off hunger pangs, which I had almost incessantly. In this video I’ll show you how to make a fast and easy meal replacement that provides you everything you need in one glass.
After you’ve done watching, tell me in the comment box below, what ingredients do you put in your protein shakes to make them outrageously nutritious. I can’t wait to hear and learn from you.
Be inspired.
Judette and the Forward Forty team.

where did you purchase the Acai Powder, Chia Seed, Matcha Green Tea and what is the name of the Protein Powder ? I would like to follow this Smoothie cause it looks great and as you said it is filled with antioxidants and protein
Hello Lindy Ann the store is called Organic Grocery, Mucarapo Road St James. Contact numbers are 735 0727 and 620 3246. Once you pass Fatima keep going straight and you’ll see the sign on the right. If you’ve passed Santa Maria plaza on your left, you’ve gone too far. Hope this helps. I bought all the ingredients with the exception of the protein powder there but they do sell other low carb vegan protein powders which are equally good.
Great I love it and I am changing my diet
Good for you Rosmaa and thanks for taking the time to comment, I really appreciate the feedback
Hello Judette, I have protein shakes everyday also. I use oats, blueberries, apples, plums and raisins. I prefer my fruits in my shakes. Never thought about adding my green tea to my shake. Learnt something new.
Thanks Lisa, the green tea gives the metabolism a boost and we can all us that now and then -:) I appreciate your recipe, I’m going to try it.
